metro and ski and snowboard dont really seem like they would go together
then you havent seen transworld lately. From most of the shots in there youd think people didnt go to resorts to ski anymore.

Meh. I can never be bothered with these shows. Maybe next year.

I just got back from this. It was a pretty good day. The place was smaller than I was expecting but they packed a lot of stuff in.
they had a quarter pipe and rail comp, ice wall, little skating rink and some other stuff. Lot of stands selling things as you would imagine.
Got there too late to climb the icewall unfortunately. Saw the 2 guys from the snofix podcasts there, but sadly not the hot french chick.
I wasn't too impressed with the sales guys I spoke to there... I asked if they stocked any atomic boards (hoping I might be able to pick up a good deal on a hatchet) and he told me they didnt stock atomic since it was crap and a ski brand. Also one other guy insisted my friend should be choosing his board according to his height...
Overall tho, it was a pretty fun day.

Get one from ESW. The owner and the shop guys stayed in my hotel last seasons and they're ace. Anyone who says not to buy because it's a "ski brand" should be beaten to death,

OH MY GOD thte show was awesome!!!!! i went on the 27th and it was amazing got loads of free stuff :):) and bought a new board and some new boots :) some awesome ridin on the rail jam Front flip to rail oh my word ill put the vid up some how !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
