this EastCoastICE guy stole like $95 from me with a set of cartels, but it took me awhile to find out I wasnt ever getting them. When he didnt log onto the site for like 2 months I got the idea

I sold him a board about a month ago and since he had so many posts we just agreed to send the stuff at the same time so he has had the board for about a month now we were e-mailing each other he says he's sent out 4 checks to the correct address and i have sent him about 10 e-mail now with no response, called him with no response so I think I will give him a call at work since where he works is on his myspace page. He has been on numerous times since my last email so he for sure stole my snowboard.

well i planned on selling him my stairmaster but i think he assumed i was an idiot...
The plan was he would send his money order around the same time i sent the board off to capita to be warrantied.
well Capita got the board about a week later but since i still hadnt seen the money order i told them to hold it instead of shipping it to him just in case he was trying to rip me off. well now its been about 2 weeks since he apparently sent off the money order, and the only excuse he had was that he didnt know the price of postage went up. which sounds like bull because he said he sent off the same check 4x to someone else just last month.

now the board is coming back to me because i really doubt im ever going to see that money.

this is why I use paypal, or I do not ship out unless I have the money order in hand and I do not do out of town checks...
But I do have a buyer that will vouch for me I believe and that is ftblplyer46.
But I have to say he drove all the way up to my store so we did not have that kind of thing going on, but we were always on the same page when I was trying to get him a free new board under warranty. wish they would have accepted it though and not called it a self inflicted damage or something like that, it was a couple of years ago...
