Hey, is there anyway to change the interface because the light gray/silver kinda hurts my eyes

Other forums that I have belonged to had user cp options available to change the way it looked per user. not sure if that is possible, I like the layout but it does seem like alot of white all together. Maybe im used to the blue though.
