Where's good to go up there? I'm not gonna make it overseas this year unfortunately, so I'm thinking of heading up to Scotland.

What will conditions be like at the beginning of march?

you should be able to pick up conditions on there but theres 5 areas... all pretty close together, reckon the Lecht is probs the best and Cairngorms usually the worst, they're both in the same area.

If it's dying now it will almost certainly be dead by the time I can get there :(

Thanks anyway!

well cos i work at Sno!Zone in Braehead i'm constantly chatting to people who are either heading up or just back so if you want you could give me a shout when you're thinking of going and i'll try find out how it really is up there...
a few days or maybe a week ago one of the areas was closed but the guys from around my parents village just hiked and rode anyways...
