Hunter is a great mountain to shred. They have no night riding though. I go to Windham for that.

windham is more of a family type mountain and smaller not as nasty as hunter. but has some decent runs.

Yeah, It's a little smaller. Ten or so trails smaller. The vert is the same as Hunter. If you like Hunter, you'll like Windham. there is only 7 trails open at night, but it's worth it if you like riding into the night.

I noticed Windham is more expensive than Hunter. That's enough to deter me.

i noticed that they're both far away from me...if i'm going to ny to board this year i may crash at my cousins place up above saratoga and then hit up Gore thats more fun then hunter, although i did have fun that day at hunter...

I like hunter, but you get a lot of retards(figuratively) from the city(nyc), on the slopes.

Buses full of newbie's=kaos

I dunno about hunter. Its alright i guess. There rails are okay but i live like 25 minutes from hunter and i live about 15 from catamount so i go to catamount everyday instead. Catamount might be smaller but its was more chill and not many stuck up people. The park might not be as good as hunter but its deffinatly getting better and everytime ive ridden hunter's park all ive seen were a bunch of stuck up rich kids. And catamount also has over 15 trails for night riding which is more than double windham. So im staying at catty.

i like bringin out n00bs, introducing them to the sport...besides it's funny when they fall(first thing I teach em, is when you fall, 1st, get outta the way then try to get back up)

We're doing some trip to Vermont on January, yeah!!!! I'll be there for my b-day.
But in the meantime I hope there's lota of snow in NYC this year so we can go rail hunting in queens and manhattan.
And if there's enough snow we'll go to Forest Park mountain Resort or Central Park mountain Resort, you've never heard of 'em? they're the shizznet. 200+ rails most of the can be jibbed at night, you have almost no people, since they are very exclusive, lost of potential snow bunnies and are 10 minutes from NYC by subway.
I heard Staten Island Resort is kinda good too but since it's built over garbage and **** it's always smelling like pizza.:p
