Site Raffles

We have tried this before and not all that many ppl seemed interested. So, what does everyone think about trying to do some raffles, and what should we raffle off?

It would have to be something global, like gear or something.

-Boots
-Jackets
-Hula-Hoops
-Leg Bags

yeah true it would also have to be something that someone would be willing to get a raffle ticket for. Also probably will have to be a girl and guy prize.

Not if you raffle off hula-hoops. I'm pretty sure those are unisex.

Or decide what your going to Raffle off, make it vague....i.e. **RAFFLE** New Dakine Snowboarding gloves.....a girl wins, go get some Dakine womens gloves....a guy...well you get the picture.

yeah but gloves have different sizes. it might be easier to have a more univeral prize.

I think anything you use is going to have a different size.....maybe like a tool kit or a couple tool kits??? If you have more winners, maybe more people will participate.

I vote for hula hoops, but only if they're the kind with glitter inside. They're one-size-fits-all, and who doesn't like glitter?

How about some Mag subscriptions as well. Transword snow or skate? Frequency, is another good board mag, and Snowboarder is another one. Everyone likes mags man.

And I just say mags, because I can't spell the entire word.

yeah transworld snow subscription would be a descent prize...but i think tools or gloves like the vouice said would be better...and then just order it once u find out the sizes and all that... if not another good thing might be a 50 dollar gift card to the-house.com or an online company...thatd be pretty cool

Well, you can always hope for 50 random myspace people, like with the photo contest :) I might do it, tho $5 is a bit steep for poor students like myself.
