Does anyone have any good tricks on how to keep your heel down in the boot. No matter what boot I wear it seems my heel always comes up a bit.
There are a couple of things you can do. One is get a fitted mold for your boot. Or get one size small and Rid the F%#@ out of them to brake them in. Or get a boot that has an inside heel strap. I have done them all and I like buying my boot one size smaller works the best for me.

someone told me that when you buy boots, you should buy ones that fit really snug, put them in the oven and then wear them around for a bit so that it molds to your feet... is this true~?

You'd have to buy pads that are made for that. I don't think its a good idea to easy-bake regular boot padding.

I know 32 boots come with the liner you can heat-mould, but you are supposed to get it done at the store not do it yourself.
I get some lift, and usually have to tighten my laces a couple of times during the day. I always try to wear my thickest socks though so that it doesn't happen to much!

I think I have solved my problem thanks to the doctor, Dr. Scholls. I put one of those full foot ones in my boot, the double thickness ones and I have very little if any lift now. Now it feels so different boarding hehe
