I still think Better Off Dead is the funniest movie ever. Well, except for Mallrats maybe.
Really, I just wanted to post something in the movies section, and I happen to be watching Better off Dead right now. Plus, I'm procrastinating tonight, so I'm bored.

the scene where he's hanging himself in the garage and his mom walks in and knocks over the chair gets me everytime.

Yeah! I also like the garbage truck one. Where those black guys are like "Man, now that's a real shame when folks be throwing out a perfectly good white boy like that." Look, I made a better off dead signature.

You should watch this one, it's from the 80's and it's great. John Cusak. Also funnier than American Pie are: Mallrats, Monty Python's Life of Brian or Holy Grail, Army of Darkness, Spaceballs... the list goes on and on...

How can you see spaceballs too many times? Not possible!
Why wouldn't I have seen the pink panther movies? Those are classics, and I'm old.

Yeah, I haven't seen them in a while, but I remember thinking all of his costumes were funny - like that one where he had a cast on, and he was trying to board an airplane or something. But seriously, watch Better off Dead! Do it do it do it.

wrong! i got the whoel collection of the movies on DVD. Peter Sellers was the funniest son of a bitch alive. every single one of those Pink Panther movies has me a balling evertime i see them. escpescially the on where the cheif of police finally goes totaly bat **** crazy and buys the castle and builds the disapperaing ray. wehn Inspecter Colussue shows up posing as the dentist and they both get totally high on the laughing gas. but the best sub charactor for any movie ever made is in the Pink Panther movies. Remember Kato, and how he always attacks him whenever he comes home. and the line "kato, my little yellow friend" gets me everytime.
one of my all-time favorites will always be Dazed and Confused. i have not met one person who said that movie was stupid. best catch phrase ever from that movie, form the older alumni dude that always hung otu wiht them and worked or the city: "that's what i liek about these high school girls man.i get older, they stay the same age."
another personal favorite comedy of mine will always be the romantic comedy Titanic. i could not stop laughing for the whoel last hour and a half of that damn movie.

There's a unique sense of humor. I liked Dazed and Confused, but I didn't think it was super funny.

1985-ish. It's got John Cusack in it (not to be mistaken for Say Anything). Maybe you're too young. It would be good inspiration for 80's ski costumes though, since you young folk seem so determined to wear those.
