Rethinking the colorado plan?

well it would be a free place to stay in seattle. i would so prefer colorado, but i am not having any luck with the job thing down there

Yeah, I've heard it's hard to get a job here if you're not already here. Especially in mountain towns, where the attrition rate is really high. I've heard good things about seattle, and isn't it fairly close to whistler?

i think its like 6 or so hours. i am hoping if i get down to colorado it will be easier to get a job once i am there

Yep, that's what I've heard. People just don't like to interview out-of-staters that much. Maybe you should set up a PO box out here so you have a fake return address for resumes. :)
I wonder how whistler is - I've never been. I can't decide if it'd be awesome, or disappointing, since it has so much hype.

i am sure the whistler is a lot of hype, but i am sure it is that good at the same time. i would love to go and will try this winter but the truth is if i went i would probably do trail riding the whole time. kinda think thats a waste until my skills get better for the backcountry

I think they're honoring seasons pass from last year, my friend said they didn't even get a single decent dump.

Yeah, you need to get to some real mountains and practice your skills. :)
Not that the real mountains have given me skills, but I hear it works for some.

Oh It did suck majorly, Although the weather is getting cooler already so we are all hopeful to get an early start this year. Although the mountians can't be beat dood, especially mt.Baker. Baker is the shiznit for sure. There are of course some less than perfect areas around though. But when there is actually snow, it totally kicks ass...

What's not good at Whistler is the lift lines!
