So who's down with the hippity hoppity, and what kind?
Myself I prefer the underground stuff off of labels like Def Jux, Battle Axe, and Hiero-imperium. I can get down with some mainstream stuff as well, but i'm not too into the bling bling rappers. I really enjoy hip hop with something to say, and a dope beat to ride with.

Yeah I'm into the underground scene too, but there are some main stream beats that are too tight to not ride too!

they have a few songs on some snowboard and ski videos. TGR's High life, and Smith's you're off the team. just some of the vids. they didnt even know about the Smith video untill i mailed to them. they were so pissed. i just laughed and told them that hip hop beats and samples are stolen all the time, but they didn't want to hear that. so i just laughed some more.

i listen to **** like swiss beatz, dead prez, ghetto boys and swollen members. they actually have something to say in that music that isnt about hoes, dubs, or caddy's. that music is way better that that wanna be rap/gansta thug bull**** that people call "hip hop" in todays world.

Ah man I saw Pharcyde when they came around last year. I don't understand, there was only like 30 people at most in attendance. I would think so many people would've showed up. It was tight though.

Yeah, it was one of those campus events where they bring in bands and try to make everyone happy. I can't remember what the other band was, but it was something totally bizarre in combination with those two as well.
