What are some good places to Snowboard (beginner) in Washington? Is Snoqualmie good? What about Crystal? Any other places I don't know about?

The only place I've ever been snowboarding is here in Oregon (Mt. Hood). However, my parents live in western Washington and I was thinking of dragging my board up there for Christmas.

snoqualmie is i think the best place 2 learn cuz they have west and that is really flat and easy for a beginner 2 ride

yeah summit's pretty mellow over at west, although they also have alpental and central are pretty cool when you are ready to step it up to some more challanging terrain. Although for straight fun factor Baker is the ****.

I'd love to go to Baker, but I think that Snoqualmie is closer to where my parents live (Gig Harbor). I always used to drive past Snoqualmie between home and college....I think it's closer.

yeah snoqualmie is only an hour from downtown seattle so it's pretty resonable to go ride there. Plus they have night riding. That **** is mad fun.
