The Chris Rock show starts tonight on UPN. I hope this show works out, because Chris is one of the funniest people on the planet. Unfortunatly a lot of the movies Chris has done have been really lame. He is also one of those comedians thats get better when he can curse. The Chris Rock show on HBO was a classic show.

I hope for chuckles :)

Yeah, well hopefully it won't seem so forced that he's not cursing since it's about him as a kid... i think... isn't it about him as a kid?

Its him as a kid, but narrated by Chris though. He co-wrote the show and his humor is best delivered with an adult audience in mind.

I just got Tivo, it's very handy for all that. :)
Well, except I don't have showtime or hbo. But it's handy when I want to tape the movies on the Lifetime Movie Network. High quality stuff.

we used to have direct tv and u need an "all pass card". my roommate new a guy who programmed the cards so he hooked us up for 50.00 a card. the crappy thing is that u dont know how long the card will last. sometimes a few weeks to a few months. the longest we ever had was about 6 months. but i guess direct tv scans for hacked cards or units or something and are able to "zap" them so they dont work anymore. this was also like 3-4 years ago.

i have no trouble with the digital cable box. sometimes it sucks to have because u lose some regular digial cable channels, but i get all the PPV and good movie channels. only once did the cable guy try to take it saying that it was illegal. i said no, then the cable company called me saying the same thing. i lied and told them the OG install guy sold it me for 50.00 and he said it was legal, so if thye wanted it back to give me 50.00. that line worked for me and i still have it.
