Pre-Season Photo Contest

Ok here it is, the pre-season photo contest, let's see how much you really have the itch. The prizes are a Chorus shirt for girls, and I will announce the guys prize later but it will be cool :). Here are the rules.

1. Only ONE picture per person.
2. The picture must be of you.
3. You must have at least 10 posts in the forum.
4. You must have at least 10 votes to win.

All pictures must be posted in the Pre-Season Photo Contest (http://snowboardaddicts.com/gallery/browseimages.php?c=20) category.
All rules subject to change of course :)

It's kind of like an"Anticipating the Start of the Season" photo. In other words, how desperate are you for the season to start? Like wearing your gear doing decidedly not snowboarding things, having your snowboard with you in strange places, practicing stuff on your bed, that sort of thing.

I know it's all in fun - but it'd be funnier if you posted a photo that actually had something to do with the contest (see above ideas for examples).

If you're snowboarding in it, it wouldn't really be pre-season... but there are other ways to do pre-season stuff without staging something - you could be wakeboarding or surfing or something.

All you do is get one of those little disposable cameras they sell for like $10, and then when you get it developed, you ask for it on a cd... or check the little checkbox on the evelope... it's not hard!

there s so timer on the family digital camera. and the tripod woudl need a threaded adaptor to be able to get the over sized threading into a tiny hole on the camera. my famiyl doesn't belive in upgrading our stuff. i think i'm the onyl oen who does. :(

You can pick up a disposable digicam from any drugstore for somewhere between $15-20. That would work for this contest.

I never really saw the point in them. They call them "disposable digital cameras", but you don't see the picture when it's taken. It's just a regular film camera, but you get a CD back when you get it developed.

You can do that with ANY film camera, even the regular disposable ones.
