ok weirdest thing. this guy i used to game with on xbox live from like over a year ago randomly messages me on aim tonight with snowboard talk. cool. blah blah. i mention SBA and he like, yea! they are huge. he goes on talking about **** we all post. my mind was blown that ppl actually know this site. i thought it was something small just for us.
you u guys experienced anything like this too?

haha I haven't, most ppl are like sba what snowboard what haha. But it's still growing, there are about 3700 members now and it is growing at a rate of about 500 members a month. It is hard to keep that groth rate up though. But yeah its not as small as it used to be.

He is still around but "G" said he was taking a brake from the sight and that he would come back.

Yeah, it's a sausagefest... and we are reaping the rewards....
It's a nice microcosm to represent the real snowboarding world. Lots of boys and just a couple of girls. We even have the girls wearing pink on the bunny hill that only come around a few times (you know, like the first photo contest).

Yeah, I put Bear Mtn stickers all over Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, and on the way up the mountain on all the road signs......One cop saw me put one sticker and that was it 5 days in jail....

No, nobody I know knows about this site. My friend Nate always goes to the burton community site and I can't stand it. I seem to see a a lot of burton-a-holics on there. This place is much better. The majority of you guys know lots of stuff about boarding in general and not the top brands.
