I really don't watch MTV a whole lot, but I was channel surfing today and fell upon the show "Made". Good lord is that show hilarious?! I think they were doing an all day marathon.
Kind of gave me a glimpse into the lives of high schoolers today, and it was very entertaining.
You'd swear asking a girl to prom caused the same amount of stress on a poor rejected kid, as my husband the day he asked me to marry him.
Then there was one about some rich popular girl that wanted to learn how to skateboard. She showed up for her first skate lesson with her hair and makeup all perfect, and in a mini-skirt and heels (although I'm sure most of that was for dramatic effect). It was still pretty damn funny.
I think I'm addicted to that show now.

I was watching that marathon too! The best ones are when they teach the popular girls extreme sports - there's a snowboard one and a bmx one too, both funny.
Well, and that ladies man one was pretty ****ing hillarious...

I saw the snowboard one tonight. Christ was that girl lame. Hitting the base of the box with the middle of her board was priceless though.

Yeah, I think they intentionally pick lame kids to make it more entertaining. Cuz I'm sure they get plenty of kids who want to be made into a snowboarder....

Hah...well I've turned it back to MTV now and I'm watching more. I turned the channel after the beginning of the skateboarding one becuase the girl was so annoying.

the BMX one made me cry. they shamed BMX by putting this rich girl on a broke ass bike, forcing her to start drssing liek a dirtbag, but that was the funyn ****. it made me cry when she wanted top learn backflips, because flips on a biek are so over rated. tailwhips are harder, 36's are jsut as difficutl as a back flip on a bike, but the seriousely difficult stuff is technical stuff, liek manueling into abubaca and spinign a 360 out on NATURAL street terrain and not a skatepark. craziest trick i have ever seen on a BMX was from 3 years ago when Van Homan manuled an entire rail in Philadelphia. it was liek a 25 setp rail too, narrow as ****. hsi back tire was wider than the rail, but he flew down it full speed and l;anded it perfectly. and oyu knwo what he said? "i actually ment to do an icepcik down it, went a littel to fast and just tried to hang on for dear life."

I thought the BMX one was hillarious.
Oh, the funniest thing was the guy in the ladies man one told his ladies man coach that he loved to play Dance Dance Revolution and showed the guy some of his moves...and the coach said that the moves were "female repellant"
It made me think of noahzmel training for hockey with Dance Dance Revolution...

I watched that little Jewish hip hop kid tonight. That was funny. By the end he wasn't so bad for only doing it for like a month.

Earlier today, there was the one where the girl wanted to be "Miss Junior". My husband (yes, "Naked Hiker"), cried at the end of that one. Now he'll kill me for telling you guys that.

yeah made is a really intersting show. I don't really watch it although I have seen it a few times. I think its cool because it shows ppl that they really can put anything they set their mind too which I think some of the kids today need that.

Playing video games with a boyfriend is fun though. I have many fond memories of battling each other for a few hours while curled up on the couch and then turning in for the night. It was nice.

i manualed down this street/hill and then 180 barspinned over a guard rail down a hill onto a sidewalk
if i can find the video ill put it up. Ive been trying to learn tailwhips to fufanus.. brakeless its pretty hard
