- If it's your first attempt you must find a rail not too high, with a kicker that pull you perfectly over the rail, not to high.
- when you'd found it you must set a good speed, you can do it as fast as you want, but never try it in a slow speed because it will be a lot harder to get balanced (as fast as you go as less time in the rail, and more stability). So the first time try on a medium speed.
- When you're on flat or in the lip of kicker/ jump do an ollie and when you're in the air turn your shoulders 90º like doing a + with your board, then it will get rail crossed automatically. (mybe jumping to the rail by one side will be easyer for you than front.)
- Is very important that when you hit the rail your under-deck is totally flat with the rail. and to got the shoulders perfectly lined with the bindings. if you have the shoulders forward than bindings you will fall face to the rail and if you have backward the bindings you will fall with bottom in the rail, so try to go perfectly lined over.
- Balance. If you go perfectly over bindings you'll not have any problem with balancing forward/backward. But to balance left and right you must get helped with your arms and head. Head must be perfectly over the center of the board and arms most go doin a T, to help you.; for example if you lean too right you will throw your arms to the left and then again doing T that must rebalanced correctly you over the rail.
Stay doing that all the rail.
- Going out. REMEMBER: that's not like a 50-50, you can't ollie/nollie to go out because you will lean too much sideways. you must crouch and lift upp all your weight fast removingall the weight of the table and benting the legs so u jump and then turn again your shoulders 90º left or right if you want to land fakie or not
