anyone noticed that waterville looks like it's going down the toilet? the village is half empty, no snowmaking, conditions suck, crabby about refunds, etc. wtf?

yea i know. whats up with no snowmaking? i know loon which is just north cant make snow anymore cuz they drained the resevoir too low. is that the same thing that happened to waterville? and they havent had a couple of the trails open all year. its making me mad.

going back tomorrow. been flippin cold for weeks, but they haven't made a flake of snow. wtf? gotta use the tix i already bought, so i'm going either way, but i'm not holding my breath that it's gonna be any good. it was all ice president's day wknd and it's been cold since then, so i doubt it will be any good.
oh, well. i'll take a crappy day of snowboarding over a good day of pretty much anything else...

ya, we had a pretty good day, too. considering that lots of stuff was closed like the boneyard. i hit the kid park with my son - we had fun.
still, kinda sketchy overall

I went to Killington today. It was pretty good. Got really icy by the end of the day. But me and my friend hiked up a trail, came down is all knee+pow. Sicckkk.

ya, but it was the good ones - boneyard, lower bobby's, ruthies, treeline, express. gema, ciao and true grit were icy. plus all the little cat trails that were roped off, and big sections of, for example, valley run. grass and rocks all over the place. even scramble, which is usually fun, was kah kah.
maybe i'm being too picky. we DID have fun, after all. it's just really disappointing with that place. they've had ample opportunity to make some snow for the trails that are in tough shape and they haven't
ok, rant complete
