I was there over the weekend and it snowed a good 4 inches and it was A-FREAKING-MAZING!! Intence tree runs and their terrain park isnt half bad. Thought?

i love granite peak. They have the biggest variety of terrain. The tree runs are awesome and its the bigest place in wisconsin that i know of. I loved the tree runs.

Tree Runs are pretty tight, there park is ok. I went up there when it snowed 3-4 inches, and was so fun.

before you go make shir everything is god damn open.

When I went they had only like 10 of their 70 runs open - no tree skiing - one jump. thats ****ing it.

I paid full price too - pissed me off.

I wasnt happy when I went it mid feb it was really icy that day the whole hill is one really steep sloap then a gradual thing. I doubt I'll go there again.

I went in January for the first time and I really liked it. We went for the weekend. It is too far for a day trip. I'll go back again.

I havnt been up to Granite peak but right now Cascade has some really thing/open spots it's about an hour or so away from granite peak conditions are probably pretty similar. I wouldnt go on a long drive to go snowboarding in the midwest yet the weather has made it a bad season so far.

i was up at devils head yest b/c i had a free ticket. And for the drive, free ticket, i would say it was worth it. I mean it was the first time i actually got to go snowboarding so anything right now is worth it.

Granite peak is such a waste. Their tree skiing is basically flat, if you don't hold your speed you won't get out pluss their is no powder in it, especially on the left side. right side is hardly ever open.

Cascade on Sat. for me.

Going in March, possibly. Never been there before.

granite peak is ok, it tends to get really icy and skied out so its better if you stay to the sides, and they pretty much have no park.
