It was an accident I swear. Really... I just went to Buckmans for some gloves because mine ripped on a tree... and well, they were having this sale. And so, well... you know, I walked out with gloves and a hat for $35...

$35 bucks for gloves and a beanie? good deal! I seem to buy a new beanie every season. I don't really need another one, but can't seem to resist. Problem is, I rarely get rid of the old ones so I have one drawer devoted to beanies!

Who are you? Kelly? I have a helmet. I just wear it when I want to wear it. I like beanies... I wear them to work, around the house, even to bed. I don't just wear them snowboarding. So even if I DID wear a helmet (which I have done 2x this year) I'd still get my money's worth out of the beanie.

Ever since I got my helmet I haven't had a use for beenies, but they Julie gave me the idea of keeping a beenie in the pocket for when I take off my helmet in the lodge. Its a good way to avoid helmet hair!

I wear my beanies all the time to Sno, work, play the shop, where ever.
I know I should wear my helmet more but I really do not like the way it looks.(Could always paint it or sticker it all to hell.)

I do wear a helmet though snowboarding and I know I look like a dork, but I've gotten used to it and feel weird not wearing it. Like the ONE time I don't wear it, something will happen.

I wear my beanies to bed sometimes also. And the one time I chose not to wear a helmet I nearly got a concussion from catching a heel edge(this never usually happens). Had the most horrific migraine for the rest of the day.

I would stop buying stupid stuff like beanies, when you have more than enough to ever use anyway, and save your money for more important things like overseas snowboard holidays during your summer.
You can have too many beanies.

I'm lame... I'm a gaper... I like to look good on the mountain... I like to match...
I have no desire to go overseas and ride when I can move to the mountains and ride most of my year anyway.
Only problem is... How will I move all of those beanies? SH!T?

P.S. I use 90% of my beanies!

How many different snowboarding outfits do you have that you have to match your beanies to anyway?
You are missing out on so much by not having a desire to ride overseas. You can't compare mid-winter fresh snow in the Southern Hemisphere to mid-summer conditions where ever you can move to in the US. Oh well, your loss.

i hate to say this but i put it on layaway. I want to actually ride it before i pick it up so after the trip, i'm going to make the decision. If i don't go with it james can just use the store credit there next season for stuff. If i do like it i'll just make the trip up and visit you, james and the liberty bell. :)

thats really funny. one way to slove the whole helmet/beenies thing - wear a beenie under your helmet. i wish i could wear just a beenie, but my parents don't fly with that whole idea. beenies are definitly an addiction - you can never have too many.

Not that I'll wear it very often, as I spike my hair and that doesn't agree with hats. Normally I'll wear a beanie around a resort in the evening, as I wear a helmet on the mountain so don't spike my hair those days.
