I got 4 years on you, but 35 has definitely been the best year of my life. Something to look forward to!

For me it depends on the mood I'm in. Harder - Deftones, Mudvayne, Tool. Mid - Interpol, Killers, Muse. Mellow - Starsailor, Van Morrison, acoustic AIC or mellow Cantrell.

i have heard a lot ABOUT the Killers, but i have never really heard them. how are they?and if they do the one song on the ipod commercial, i think i like them.

SnoChica

The Killers have been around a little while. I went through a phase, as I do with all music where I was obsessed with their CD for about a month or so. Then I switched to Muse. I'm not sure if they do an iPod Commercial or not. But they are worth checking out. I think they actually just launched a new tour.

As for my own music... it's always what I'm into RIGHT NOW... and it changes often. So, I'm listening to Out Hud, People Under the Stairs, !!!, and Zoot Woman.

Oh yeah, and I'm 31... so age has nothing to do with it.

Check out Starsailor as well if you get a chance. Pretty mellow, but it grows on you after a while.

cds are so crazy these days. I can get a dvd movie cheaper then most cds. It's just not worth it anymore.

LoserGuy
04-25-2005, 04:04 AM
2 things- the lesser known the band, the cheaper the cd. also, for downloading music, limewire reigns supreme. It doen't **** up yur computer like kazaa, and its faster.
btw, good band is In Flames. I've only heard a little of their stuff, but they sound a lot like Thrice, but with a lil more metal tint.
Download "Embody the Invisible" and "Bullet Ride". Nice songs by them.

My dad borrows CDs from the library and then burns them, which is a good way to do it, if the library has music you like. :)

Funny thing about the Beach Boys... apparently they weren't even surfers! I still like 'em though. They're cool in an old, uncool sort of way.

Agour9
05-26-2005, 06:27 PM
I saw them in concert like last summer (well obviously it wasnt all the original beach boys) but they still put on a good show. My mother is like madly obssessed with them. Im more like my dad , he likes the temptations. whenever were in the car together we listen to the solid gold oldies.
