My free ipod arrived

Just want to say that my free ipod arrived yesterday, I am so excited. Right in time for snowboarding tomorrow... 8)

Ok. I now need to know a few things. How Gerard got the free Ipod, and what you mean by cracked music.
Are you getting music thats copy protected by some means, and if its copy protected, howd you get it in the first place.

I get my music the old fashioned way. I swap CDs with friends and co-workers, and rip everything to MP3. Got like 20Gs this way, and the Ipod can play MP3s, if you format it correctly.

yeah I have a ton of cds that I converted to mp3s. I got the mp3 from one of those free ipod sites. Free stuff ROCKS!

Apparently Gerard knows a few programming tricks, and is watching everyone!

He's using a variable that displays the users screen name back to them.
