I heard but I am not sure that there is a burton outlet up in vt and that they have some really kickass deals towards the end of the season. Anyone ever hear of it or know where it is?

Lab 13: The Burton Factory store in Innsbruck is the European nerve center of snowboarding gear and service. Located within the Burton EU Headquarters, in the heart of the snowboard playground of Tyrol, the gang in the lab have all the know how to get you dialed in with the right gear. With everything from bindings to espresso, turn-tables to Tactic, the Lab is more of an experience than a store. Come on in, play some XBox, get some coffee and see if you can talk the crew into giving you the inside line on where the pow stashes are. It's a Mecca for snowboard pilgrims everywhere.
Our summer store hours are:
10.00 - 18.00 Tuesday through Friday and 10.00 - 13.00 on Saturdays
Note: We are remodeling the store and will closed the first 3 weeks of May.

I think Burton should sell merchandise at their factory store for a discount. I mean ****, they make the stuff in the backroom. Whats shipping from the backroom to the showroom floor, .0000001 cents?????

more liek $50 bucks, i mean, that's labor cost man! it's liekt he guy who repairs your refridgerator, the part might be a coil or somethine that costs only $5, but then the labor is like $25 an hour, and they are union workers, so they juice those hours and makign a killign that way. so to cover for the slwo ass guy bringing shti to the sales floor, it costs them liek $10 an hour for his wages, plus the labro cost of him carrying a few boards to the floor, plus having to tunr a profit on the board sale, they can bump that **** up to liek $100 more if they want!
actually i ahve no clue, probably liek a penny ro something, lol

lets see, it takes about 1 min to walk from the back room to the store front, and another minute or 2 to put it on display, thats 3/60ths on an hour, minimum wage is around 7.20ish an hour (give or take)
someone wanna continue the math on this? Im not good at it.

ive been there many times before. There are no difference in the prices from any other store. Its just they have every single product burton makes so you don't have to go to different shops. They do have a board museum and design center and prototype creation center right there behind the store. Their actual board factory is over in stowe vermont.(not allowed inside there). They also have one in Austria.
But if you go in the summer. Usually the first weekend in august (friday saturday and sunday) they have their annual summer sale. They have all of this past year's products at like 40-80% off. Last year this one guy got the ipod jacket for $125 and an UnInc for $200. Cartels were like $100 and there are some crazy good deals.
