I had a pinched nerve once from falling while snowboarding. There wasn't much they could do, it eventually went away, I just had to limp around for a week or so. But I remember it being really painful. You might want to go to the doctors anyway just to be sure. Hope you feel better!

Chances are you just bruised the nerve. I've done it numerous times over the years. Best thing for it is to ice it then hot tub/warm bath tub it repeatedly. Worse comes to worse pop some 222's or vicodin and metal up.
