sony vegas studio

ok so i just got sony vegas studio video editing software and dvd architect..and it is soo overwhelming does anyone use these programs and if so is there a quick and easy way to get started?

you just bought the program with no experece using it? gosh i wish i had 700 to drop on something like that. what have you been using for editing till now?

i downloaded the trial of vegas 6
it took a little while, but just take some randome video, and start clicking away, you'll figure it all out, and find the shortcuts and whatnot,
took me like 6 days and i got a good feel for what i was doing
i wish i could buy the whole thing.

just google it :) type in "vegas video tutorials" and you'll learn soon enough...or just tinker with it
