I just wear it down with my crazy curls, and then hide my helmet head by the end of day by throwing it up in a messy bun/pony tail thing.

I recently learned how to french barid but ever since I got my hair cut not all of it stays in.
I end up looking like Ms Frazzle from the magic school bus :tongue1:

I don't recommend having your bangs out when you go riding. mine always slip in my goggles and practically blind me.

THANK GOD the guys can't post in this thread. Can you imagine the things they'd have to say about this?

Anyway, I don't do anything to my hair. I wake up, don't shower and put on a beanie. My hair is getting a bit longer so I might actually comb or brush it before putting the beanie on, but that's it!

Sometimes, I put gel in it and sometimes I don't. it really depend on A) if I have hair or not and B) how lazy am i feeling. If I put gel in it, my helmet's going to give me helmet head anyway. so i do nothing. but then again, my hair is half an inch long.

i stick with the simple braid b/c 1. i NEVER have my hair down ever in my life 2. if its just in a pony tail my hair still gets all in my face n annoys me and 3. it fits comfy under my helmet n i dont have to worry about it coming out/getting messed up lol

nice question for the girls room. haha, my sister (when we went together more often) was always wanting me to look cute by putting it in two braids or ponytails. I didn't want to bother with it so I always do the low ponytail under my helmet. But recently I got a haircut and its layered - so the shortest layer always gets in the way with my goggles. I need to find a better way of doing it. Last time it was getting annoying.

1. Wake up
2. Lay in bed as long as possible
3. Roll out of bed
4. Run a brush or comb through it
5. Apply beanie

And, might I add, I have THE best beanie hair when I'm done!!

If I have enough of it, the hair goes into a ponytail at the base of my neck.

i always have it in 2 braids cause they're really cute and if i had it in a ponytail anywhere on my head it would just fall out
=)

depends on what im doin for the day, if im going snowmobiling later it goes in a low braid down my neck.. usually tho just a low pony tail or i put it in a pony tail, put my mask on then take out the scrunchy so it duznt fall out any ways.. oh and this is ALWAYS w/ a beanie over it!

Depends how lazy I'm feeling when I wake up in the morning, haha. I would love to just put it up in a messy bun, but I can't do that with a helmet. So, usually I either leave it down or braid it. I hate having it in my face, so usually braids.

haha! That has sooooo happened to me! Not good!

In terms of hair style, I rock the pigtail braids. It's the only way my hair fits under my helmet

<-------You can see that in m advatar, lol...

I usually just brush my hair away from my face and put on my helmet. My hair ends up looking really nice after being stuck in my helmet all day (my boyfriend is amazed by that) so when I go grab a beer after riding, I don't feel silly.

When I was younger, I used to always put my hair into two braids when riding, but I'm far too lazy for that now.

Since I've grown my hair out I've been rockin' the braids like a lot of you. Once I get my hair cut though, I'll probably just brush it and put my helmet on.

I usually just leave it down if I'm wearing a beanie, my bedhead hair looks nice enough to not really do anything to it. Plus I don't really care, it's under a beanie and I'm shredding any way.

Otherwise if it's warm enough and I don't wear a hat, i'll usually throw it up in to a pony tail.

I bunch it up into little buns behind and below my ears, that way ice and snow don't get all mashed into it. Then on goes the beanie... I've tried pigtails as well as no hair ties, but those times were pretty much disasterous.

It's never too warm for a beanie! ;)

One low ponytail. I've done the pigtails maybe once. It fits real well under my beanie, but it takes too long. I get lazy rather quickly...

I've got the pony tail at the base of the head going. Helmet on top, and it doesn't seem to hold up to well...HAH. Oh well.

Depends - If I'm wearing a beanie i'll put it in low pigtails to keep it out of the way, but it's it's storming I'll braid them so my hair won't get stuck in the zipper as I zip and unzip my jacket. But if I wear one of those thick headband things, I'll just pull it back in a ponytail.

When it was longer I put it in braids or pigtails, but now it's short, I don't do anything.

hairstyle update!!
so I got a helmet and started braiding it into two braids instead of the little buns. then I got it cut and it's like shoulder length now so I go with pigtails.

i go boarding at night, our school runs a ski club, so i'm usually too anxious to worry about my hair, i just throw on a beanie and go. other than ski club though i'll just throw it in two low braids. easy enough

well, i've actually always worn my hair down.. its straight, and down to my butt, but i always wear a hat, and have my hair flow. most of the time it doesnt get in my way.. i hate wearing it in pony tail. but i think i may try braids this year. it looks really cute

If you haven't gone snowboarding yet, you might want to think about a helmet over a beanie....whacking your head on east coast ice sucks!

2 braids (usually french braids but seriously, when its that frekaing early in the morning.....ridiculous)
but i have some mad curls so as soon as my hair gets wet i look like a poodle with a funky cut.

any other ideas would be great

Braids that by the end of the day turn into nappy dread looking things
