anyone work out before shredding yes or no and why lol me sometimes cause it gets me all lose

What kind of workout are you talking about? There's a difference between working out and warming up. Warming up I'd say I do when I can but there's usually a 2 hour drive before I hit the mountain so by the time I get there it's kinda pointless. Working out would just make me exhausted and want to quit earlier in the day. Even working out the day before can contribute to quick fatigue. Being 17 is a different story though. I could ride 10 hours straight without stopping and then go home and catch 2 hours of open Ice Hockey and hit up the dinner afterwards.

i usually try to work out before i go to the mountain just because i wont get as tired and sore after.

nahh dont work out, just stretch a lil or even the walk from ur car to the lift gets everything pretty good

whats the point. take a few runs to warm up but thats it. mayb in the off season do a little leg lifting tho.

i always do a mini warm up but i dont usually work out as such just losen off before getting on the tow or in the gondola
