Does anyone train? I just signed up for classes, starting next week after the holiday! :)

No, but it looks awsome. It's supposed to be really intense. Like Jack Osbourne (son of Ozzy) lost a ton of weight and gained a bunch of muscle from doing Muay Thai.

Ummm... I don't know if anyone would want to fight a guy who has an avatar picture like you do.

Didn't your mum ever tell you milk is good for you?

Yeah, she just never mentioned if it was good coming off of a half naked man in a jock strap.

haha, yeah....

I am just starting but give some time to get into shape and I will fight you :) The instructor told me its pretty much a 95% dropout rate. We'll see.

I havent tried muay thai but I have been boxing for the past 6 months. Its an insane workout. Most days I come close to losing my lunch in the ring. On that note I absolutely love it and Im completely addicted. I would only think that Muay Thai training is even more demanding. Hope you love a challenge. Good luck

Thats the best way to drink it. Lick it up!

A chap I know recently got a fractured skull and a collapsed eye socket from a couple of knees in a muay thai fight. Enjoy.

BTW The season starts here in 3 weeks. Suckers. :boink:

Just stay commited G. I trained in Muay Thai for a couple of months. Stuff is very good for fitness purposes and plus it teaches you some practical stuff as well.

You will be beat the **** up at the end of every class, but dont give up, you'll be in shape real quick.
